Saying Good-bye to Elder Latu

Have you ever met someone who had the power to light up the room, the moment they entered it?

Saying good-bye Elder Latu and Elder Gibson, right after Christmas 2017.

That is Elder Latu for our family and so many who know him. He is DYNAMIC! He has become so much more than he ever thought he could be. And we are SO THANKFUL that Heavenly Father sent him to us when He did!

He started in El Salvador but was moved to Costa Rica where he became a FABULOUS A.P. (Assistant to the Mission President). He was a natural!

Elder Latu training our Stake Youth to contact in the main park of Santa Barbara. Look for the red heads. 😉

We will miss you Elder Latu. Costa Rica won’t be nearly as bright as it was when you lived among us. May you now go and spread sunshine where you are led to live and love!

Our last lasagna dinner with Elder Latu, and his companion Elder Simmons.

Have a safe trip to New Zealand! We love you,

The Whitchurch Family!
