The last week has been crazy busy!
It’s mainly due to us wrapping up our homeschool year. I think if we weren’t headed out of town, things wouldn’t be so crazy. But since we are, we’ve just got to roll with it.
Because these kiddos won’t stay little for much longer. I’m hoping that our trip to the USA will bring us a much needed recharging of the homeschooling batteries. I look forward to not only being able to attend a homeschooling convention, but also taking my kiddos to various places I went to as a child. All while having fun visiting with family and friends.
Next week, each of my kiddos will be taking an achievement test. We have not done this in years! So to help us thru this experience, after each test, each kiddo will get to chill out by painting our annual “Color Me Mine” Homeschool pottery piece. This year it will be a pitcher. I’m excited to see how it turns out.
I’ll admit, we are all a little bit nervous about taking/administering this test, but we are also hopeful that it will actually help us measure true to each kiddo’s educational level. Only time will tell. 🤷🏻♀️
So until we cross this bridge, we are all going to keep working hard to prepare for the end of our school year. This will make 4 complete years of homeschool.🤗 Who knew that we could do something like this. . . and for so long?
Well, I guess we know who! Thankfully I trust in Him, more than myself. ☺️
